Dear Jason,
After seeing my Java Photography Workshop pictures that I took; I can’t help but feel immense pride and am so grateful for what you have taught me on this trip. During this short but intense trip, you have opened up my eyes at looking and approaching landscape photography in a completely different way. Your technical know-how and methodical teaching style helped me gain confidence in my own skills. I have to say, as a complete beginner, there is always an element of fear and uncertainty when it comes to trying to capture an image but your patience and encouragement helped me overcome this barrier.
The private Photoshop sessions were great in that you were able to tailor the sessions to my needs and yet, teach me new techniques that I would never thought I would need. It was indeed money and time well-spent as I felt I was able to learn faster and progress at my own pace. These sessions helped me create images that truly captured the essence and emotions that I felt while on-location, and, that I feel is the best souvenir one can take home from any trip.
I can’t wait to explore the world with my new found skills. Thank you and I can’t wait to go on future workshops with you!
With Gratitude,
Sandra Lim
