All my prints are made to order specially for you, I do not offer returns or refunds, but your print will be replaced if it is damaged or you are not happy with the product. I stand by my products and believe you will be 100% satisfied. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied, I will endeavour to make things right and encourage you to get in touch.
If a print is damaged during transit or framing I will replace it free of charge on return of the damaged original.
Once you have purchased a print you then own the right to that edition, if in the future your print is damaged and the full price is not covered by insurance, I will replace the print at cost on proof of damage to the original.
This guarantee does not include damage caused by natural disasters, fire, user mishaps/error, improper handling and care, improper hanging technique or location, improper cleaning and products. In the event of any unfortunate circumstance that is not covered, please get in touch and I will try to help in anyway I can, but please be aware that this may be at additional cost.
